If you've got proof I would recommend doing it. From what I'm aware, someone caught putting up false information on the trello scammer list gets blacklisted. If they're doing it to you they may be doing it to others. |

I don't know specifically who you would talk to, unfortunately, but I do know ticketing to CCP isn't going to help. They won't do anything in regards to player trading, including name slander.
You might want to talk to Jadek Manaheim, I think the name is. I'm pretty sure he had a big hand in setting up all the Trello Trade stuff. I may be confusing him for someone else, though. |

Proper etiquette is to send isk first. No exceptions.
Isk is a renewable resource, items are not. Especially for single items.
Although for single items I usually do it in two trades. Half of the payment first, the second half only after the item has been recieved.
From Darken-Sol's post, it looks like it was an APEX for APEX trade. But Darken-Sol says Adolph Steel messaged him first to start the trade and pestered him about going through with it. But on the Trello Demonkiller 12 (Assumedly Adolph) says this:
'What are the policies on people who are extremely shady?
People who refuse to middle man or trade at all even though they can just ask around if youre legit or not, and you never see them talking in any channels then they just message you and when you ask for some insurance you never hear from them again
because i just had an encounter like that with Darken-Sol (same PSN)
i know hes not new because ive seen him in many battles since open beta, just wandering if anyone has had any experiences with him or heard anything about him?'
Right now it's just he said she said, but whether Darken is in the wrong, the right, or it's just an unfortunate misunderstanding, Darken seems to be taking all the consequences of the exchange.
Pictures of the messages may do better for you than forwarding them to someone, as when you forward a message you can edit it, so that probably won't be taken as valid evidence. |
